Description
Its gel-like structure, formed by special polymers and additives, enhances binder adhesion and reduces early spray seal aggregate loss. SAMIFloat is versatile, coating and holding aggregates even with dust and filler in grading for surfacing roads.
It eliminates the need for petroleum cutters to soften the binders prior to spraying and pre-coating the aggregate. Spraying SAMIFloat requires lower heating and in the end, it will be a more environmentally friendly and sustainable solution.
High-float emulsions are typically anionic, but SAMIFloat stands out as a unique cationic and high float emulsion. This distinction eliminates the logistical issues associated with using anionic emulsions.
